This is only 30 minutes behind the S3L train. It is a K3LA airhorn this time. I found out what's behind this. The lift bridge in Joliet was stuck down for a few days and 2 BICBs were stuck waiting for the bridge to work. I don't know which day's trains the 2 trains are but they're both BICBs.
