Issues with laser cutter [RESOLVED]

Recently upgraded Power Supply and CO2 tube to 60W. Couple of weeks later it started to make this high pitched noise on every second run if power is above 50%... It seems to be coming from electronics (PSU or DSP). In this video you can hear first time it runs normally, then second time it gives this high pitched noise and power drops also... SOLUTION: It was car antifreeze! As soon as I got rid of green stuff, it started work fine. Theory is that additives in car antifreeze interfere with ionized gas in the CO2 tube somehow. I doubt it sparked thru the glass, but something was happening. Since then several people confirmed that seen same issue.
