This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Servant leadership makes teacher happy. I would like to spread my ideas of how to make school, teachers and even students happy as a principal of the school.

He has been with the idea that teacher's happiness is the best way to make student happy. School should have harmonious, democratic activity of education like this, some children are reading fairy tale books under the fallen leaves from trees, other children are playing with a ball, songs from music room. How can we make the school like that? The key is that teacher should be happy first.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
