Realtor safety is so important. I will not meet strangers at properties if you will only comunicate via email and I probably wont meet you until you have come into my office. It is not in my best interest and my safety is most important. If you are a serious buyer or seller you should understand this and have no problem with talking to me on the phone or meeting me.
