The fake news Boston Globe newspaper is upset when President Trump identifies the fake news as fake news.  This newspaper is requesting newspapers across the country on Thursday, August 16, 2018 print an editorial critical of Trump’s labeling.  

Truth is if there was a law forbidding Constitutional malfeasance, the Boston Globe along with many USA news outlets would be found guilty.  That is because they are guilty of Constitutional malfeasance.  They continually betray the spirit of a free press codified within the U.S. Constitution as envisioned by the Founders.  

James Madison in The Federalist Papers wrote in part:

“…..freedom of religion, of assembly and petition, of press and speech — give us the right to think what we like and say what we please. And if we the people are to govern ourselves, we must have these rights, even if they are misused by a minority.”

Text of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
