HOW TO Prevent TimeMachine Corruption on a MacBook With Drobo 5N

The basic issue i've come to realize is that with a MacBook and network connected 5N, the IP addresses on your MacBook change when switching between WIFI and Ethernet frequently which causes timemachine to start having corrupt backups. To stop this, leave your MacBook on ethernet or ONLY initiate backups after a reboot when connected to Ethernet. You can do this by turning automatic backups off and simply manually backing up every couple days or as often as you feel the need.
