The first of 6 parts of the beginning of the Conservative Political Action Conference held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center - sponsored by Right Nation, the American Conservative Union, The Heartland Institute, and others. In the above video: Greg Keller, Executive Director of the American Conservative Union kicks off the day. This is like a midwestern CPAC -with more than 2,000 conservative activists signed up representing more than 20 states in our country. Michigan, Wisconsin, California, Florida, Massachusetts - even someone from Canada was present in the crowd. The next one is in November in Denver, Colorado. This is the vanguard conservative program. Right Nation, Heartland, WLS890 am are sponsors. They are taking on the Illinois legislature to rate Illinois politicians so Illinoisans will know who the real conservatives are. Doctor Eric Wallace does the invocation with a special prayer. Wallace is the Publisher/Editor of Freedom's Journal Magazine. The National Anthem is performed by Debbie Kraulidis, Conservative Activist, Singer, Songwriter, Right Nation Producer Glen Bernard, Guitarist The Pledge of Allegiance led by Vernon Cravero, WWII Naval Aviator Al Cardenas is introduced by Greg Keller.
