Went for a bike ride today called the Melburn Roobaix. Start location was Federation Square in the city and then a round about route over some rough lanes to the Brunswick Velodrome. Didn't have a radio with me for the ride but I had plenty of tech type stuff to keep me active only problem was the body gave up near the end I need to train harder.
