Kokoro Ramenya Avenue of the Arts Roxas Boulevard. Kokoro Ramenya is a Japanese Restaurant by Chef Susumo Murata at the Avenue of the Arts Building along Roxas Boulevard. It is close to the U.S. Embassy as a point of reference. Their specialty is the Hakata Classic Ramen which has a tonkotsu broth which has been simmered for 18 hours and the Beef Teppanyaki which extremely tender as it is made from Tenderloin. While the Hakata ramen is good - we still prefer other top ramen houses like Ramen Nagi, Ikkoryu Fukuoka, Yushoken and Hokkaido Santouka. Kokoro Ramenya Menu included.
