Whitechapel in the east end of London,England is known as the area that Jack The Ripper terrorised. Several years later local people reported sightings over a short period of a ''living skeleton'' in the neighbourhood. The apparition would appear from the same boarded-up tenament slum and emit a loud deep groan.
