Simulating a pan or zoom event in Sony Vegas

Sometimes our panning or zoom clips leave a lot to de desired. They are spoiled by camera shake or unsteady hands, even with modern mega OIS this is still a problem. By adopting the idea of taking a high resolution still image, one at least 4 times the resolution of the intended video then we give ourselves the opportunity to create very effective simulations of panning shots, zooms or combinations. This video shows how to create those sequences and by adding audio from video to further enhance the sequence
