I have been chained to a doghouse at the Pennsylvania State Capitol building in Harrisburg, PA for 35 days to win a law for chained dogs. I'm not done yet. Our bill is stuck in the Senate AG Committee. Can you contact Senator Brubaker and ask him to move the bill out of committee and onto the floor for a vote ASAP? Harrisburg City Council has issued a resolution asking the Pennsylvania Senate and House to pass this bill. That's our capital city...Humane Officers and Animal Control officers have said "It's about time." And yet legislators are catering to the abusers in our society. This must end.
