Electric Arc or "Plasma" lighters are the newest fire making tools that are sold online and on TV.  They're marketed more to be a replacement for a cigar or cigarette lighter but can they also be used to light off fireworks efficiently as well compared to your usual propane, butane torches?  I review and demo this lighter  I bought online to find out!
