I bought this app not long after I bought a second-hand iPad about 10 months ago and in spite of all the videos I watched and all of the cool sounds it could make, I just simply did not understand it.

Fast forward to about 6 months ago and I'm starting to discover hardware synths through the Korg Volca series.

Then about a month ago, I decided to give ReBirth another go whist on the train to work.

I'd been toying with it for a while and the two-hour flight gave me the idea to recorded a session on the way home, and this track - a recording of me messing with the virtual bass synths and drum machines - is the result.

I love my hardware but would consider buying the Volcas as IAPs for Gadget - Korg? Are you listening? :)
