As the Fire and Ice Banner is the first Two Hero Banner (Surtr and Ylgr) in FEH, it got me thinking. Is this the future of Banners in Fire Emblem Heroes?

Listening to chat and talking to many other Fire Emblem Heroes players there's a lot of anger, confusion, happiness and indifference when in reality this is huge for the game!

Did IS do this on purpose or are they testing something out?
