Have you ever had a turkey breast as part of a tasting menu at a good restaurant? Have you ever wondered why not? I found a surprising solution to the turkey breast dilemma (see the video). Before you leave me a comment saying you know how to make moist turkey breast, please know that so do I :) My problem with turkey breast is not keeping it moist. It's the fact that it's inferior to all the other holiday proteins in texture and flavor.
