RobbRyder here… gathering the low hanging fruit. What is antitrust? Myself, I believe that if someone is supposed elected to an Office, and its found out that the individual cannot prove his or her election then that would be election fraud and antitrust. These are Office of trust, and someone is violating it. Antitrust activity is within the jurisdiction of the Attorney General and his duty to protect “Consumers”. A consumer by the definition used by the Federal Trade Commission is anyone that either owes or is alleged to owe a debt. Well if you are in “court” then someone is alleging you owe a debt; could be monetary, could be moral, but a debt nonetheless. Judges are Elected or Appointed and either of these comes with evidence to substantiate their claim. So make them prove it, and provide you a copy of their Certificate of Election or Commission, or Appointment or whatever your States Election Law says they have. And if the do not have or refuse to comply then file a complaint with the Attorney General for antitrust activity. From U.S. Senators….all the way down to the local school board, the elected have proof of election or that individual is engaging in antitrust activity and the office if vacated. Count Clerks, Treasures, Assessors, Supervisors and..and..and.. all have the same obligation to be properly elected and that election certified ….. Lets see who certifies these elections….
