70+ GR BUILD!  A FUN Non-meta Solo monk build!  In this guide I review what gear and skills to use to make a GR build that hasn't been used at all this season.  In a fit of boredom I was looking through the possible cube augments and came across the Rimeheart sword!  10% chance to deal 10,000% weapon damage to a frozen enemy on hit.
