Best Japanese Breakfast Ever: Teppanya Sushi Bar and Teppanyaki Evia Lifestyle Center.  Teppanya is one of the best Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi Restaurants in Manila after Kimpura and Inagiku at the Shangri-La Makati. The first Teppanya branch was opened at SM City Clark, Pampanga by Mr. Pineda on May 30 2015 and he has since expanded to Manila through a Teppanyaki Xpress at Fisher Mall in Quezon City and on December 21, 2016 at the Evia Lifestyle Center in Las Pinas. This branch has a sushi bar and 5 teppanyaki tables on the lower level and a second floor with another 4 private teppanyaki tables with an intention to serve serious foodies with an emperor’s budget. In this episode we splurge on a breakfast of Nigiri, Sashimi and Salmon teppanyaki, From their extensive sushi and sashimi menu we would highly recommend starting with the Ikura Salmon Roe Nigiri, Hamachi Yellowtail Sashimi and Salmon Cheese Aburi.
