“Extra’s” Mario Lopez spoke with Mama June at Universal Studios Hollywood, where she promoted the second season “From Not to Hot.”
 
Of her weight loss journey, Mama June admitted, “It’s been kinda crazy. I went from being 435 lbs. to losing a bunch of weight then going and getting the skin removal surgery done. When I come out in public, I’m kinda hiding in plain sight.” 
 
In the second season, Mama June introduces her new boyfriend Geno Doak. When asked if they work out together, she smiled, “You’re killin' me, Smalls.”
