Top U.S. government officials outlined the urgent need for greater oversight of the financial industry at a Capitol Hill hearing Friday. But there are differing views on how to move forward. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says he supports President Obama's proposal to create a new consumer protection agency to safeguard taxpayers from another economic meltdown.
