It's a game that is not even on the market yet but has attracted the most number of backers in the history of Kickstarter, the crowdfunding website. Cartoonist Matthew Inman, a.k.a. The Oatmeal, is part of the creative team. Kittens, goats, magical enchiladas and weaponized back hair? Even the video introduction of proposed card game Exploding Kittens grabs your attention. Launched on Kickstarter January 20, it already has some 115,000 backers pledging $4.5 million for a card game.
