I'm pretty sure that you never get to see this. Unless I've somehow misbrained. The Principal never gets up from behind the desk. Yet he has a full sprite with a back and side view as well. Perhaps at one point they were going to have him standing elsewhere too. I have no idea if he has a walking sprite.  His legs are the same black as the area underneath the desk's layer. I'm not sure if that means he has black pants or if a transparency mistake was made. Not that it matters because you are never going to see his lower half in a normal playthrough.

I also included the chair by itself. It's jagged at the bottom so maybe it's unfinished. Could be a shadow or maybe even fringe. But it doesn't look very nice. Since you'd never actually see it though you aren't going to be bothered by it. To see it without the missing desk layer you'd have to vehicle warp into the room. That removes NPCs and many other interactive sprites.

I used Gens here with the VDP Layer plugin to remove layers. I left the window over the screen so people could see it. The mouse cursor was supposed to capture. But it didn't. But that doesn't really matter.
