Arshi Khan has been making headlines with her stint in Bigg Boss 11. Be it her controversial revelations on having a relationship with Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi who she fondly refers to as her ‘mehboob’, or wooing her co-housemates in a lecherous manner–this particular contestant has definitely got the audiences talking about her. The self-confessed seduction queen that she is, Arshi knows just how to start controversies and make explosive headlines with her behaviour and statements. Many are even calling her the next Poonam Pandey. Well, the latest buzz doing the rounds is that she has been lying about herself since the first day in the Bigg Boss house, this season–right from age, qualification to her alleged relationship with Afridi–everything!
An actress-model named Gehana Vasisth was quoted by a leading daily as saying that Khan has been faking about everything and that in reality she is married to a 50-year-old man. Speaking to the leading daily, Vasisth said, “Since I am also from Bhopal, from where Arshi Khan hails, I can tell you that she is over 32 years old, although she claims to be only 27 years of age. She has reduced her age by over 5 years, because I happen to know her from her school days. She has also faked her educational qualifications while applying for Bigg Boss 11 and I have proof of the same. I wonder how the channel and the makers of Bigg Boss have selected such a contestant who has been faking all her life.”



Not just that, Gehana also went on to say that Arshi has never met Afridi in her life. “”Forget about having sex with Afridi, Arshi Khan has never met him face to face or even spoken to him on the phone even once in her life time,” she added. The actress-model also went onto say that Arshi has got 10 unresolved criminal charges against her. Apparently, four out of these 10 charges are for allegedly insulting the Indian and Pakistan flags by painting them on her naked body.
If everything that Gehana claims is true, then Arshi won’t be the first one in the house this season to lie about herself. First, it was evicted contestant Zubair Khan who falsely stated that he was related to Mafia Queen, Haseena Parker, soon followed by Akash Dadlani who lied about being related to music composer, Vishal Dadlani. With Arshi Khan joining the bandwagon of liars, we’re seriously wondering what the Bigg Boss makers had in mind for approaching such characters.
