"This was such an inspiration to put together a dissertation. Wow, what fun that is. I was combining the first 20 years of my life when I was in the army. A big issue right now that's been in the news is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD. So, I decided to fuse together my 20 year military career. I joined the army to fly helicopters in an air ambulance company. Then I was stationed over here at Tripler Army Hospital and worked in the ER there and then with an infantry unit. I was the only female in the Army Unit and just had a really good time with the guys being a soldier and really got to find out a lot about the whole PTSD issue." - Andrea Mills
