Battle starts at the 3:54 mark. I included some spoilers in this one. This is another boss I had some trouble with because I couldn't sync with the background music beat. I started off with Duster using some attack Items and Kumatora using Offense Down Alpha. You might not have offense down yet at this point because I walked around alot and tried to have her catch up in levels but whatever. do the best you can with dusters regular attacks and have Kumatora cast Thunder Alpha for the battle. Heal when necessary but eventually the snake will cause a tidal wave which does a bunch of damage to both members. Like clayman, the Snake won't be able to move for a bit after causing that tidal wave though. Heal using items or by using Kumatora's Lifeup Alpha PSI when necessary.
