First of all, pick AAA, even though he's not fit and can't run up the hills in Turmac Roll level (2) without the aid of the spring powerup like Abigail, which slows you down as the decent takes so long, when he ends each level he gains 1000 points while Abigail gets 800 points, so to beat his score, you just have to beat 3 levels.

Be aware that your character will keep running no matter what, so focus on the spacebar for jumping and clicking your powerups with the left mouse key. They will only stop if they lose on of three lives. This is an issue as you can miss a certain power up since the level generation is random, and that power up protects you from unavoidable rocks since you won't stop and let it fall.

Along every level, you'll collect items on the ground which can be used when you click them with your mouse. In every level, make sure to click into the level screen to avoid being unable to jump.

To speed things up in the first Snowmuncher level, make sure to jump or use the shovel you collect along the way right as you run across the first line of the square in front of the obstacle. If you see two-three snowblock pillars in front of you, just spam the shovel and you won't be delayed. You'll also collect the clear bubble power up here, which you won't use now.

Next level is the Turmac roll level, where you'll collect a red spring powerup along the way. You'll use this to jump on top of tall stumps and, if you are using AAA, tall hills. My advice is either when AAA stops for a second on the hill, use the spring power up, or just use the power up when you are close enough, because AAA can get stuck on the hill if you jump too soon and you'll have to jump right away to make sure you aren't stopped too long. For the stumps, make sure to jump right as you start to run up the root, then use the spring to get on it.
Now about the clear bubble you collected on the first level, you use them on the dark brown mud puddles which slow you down if you simply run over it, so keep spaming the bubble until you clear the puddle to avoid this.

Next level is the Destruct-O-Match II level. This level will have some obstacles you can clear by jumping, up to a stack of two blocks, or you can clear any three block stacks from 2-3 block stacks if they are two blocks away at most. Clear them with a normal jump if you can. If you are jumping from 0-1 (from you) block stacks to a three block stack, then you must use the red spring powerup.
Now is the issue of the yellow construction helmet power up. If you descend from a three block stack and the helmet is directly below that stack, you are out of luck, because you can't collect it and you can't go backwards. I recommend you reload the entire game with F5 because you cannot pass this level without it, as the falling rocks are unavoidable since your character keeps running unless there's a block obstacle holding them back.
Now, if you are lucky enought to have a good random level, you can use the helmet to protect your life from the falling blocks above you. Just spam the helmet unless you need to use the spring to clear a three block stack, sometimes the blocks fall on you too quickly to react fast enough and you need those lives.

Next level is the Ice Cream Machine level, and if you've made it this far, you have 3000 points as AAA and can quit right now. Now a word of warning, if you lose your remaining lives here, make sure that you aren't clicking a powerup to save yourself. Why? Because the RESTART button is right where the power up item bar is. No clue why, but you can easily erase your hard earned score like that.
Anyway, here you have the same issue as the previous level where you can miss the green shield power up, which you can block projectile ice creams coming from your right side. Make sure the ice cream is heading to the shield and not your big head, as the ice cream can still hurt you like that.
There is also ice cream from below you that act like mud puddles in Turmac Roll so use the bubble powerup the same way you did then.
