8.8.84 Liason Office. This could be the start of Israeli withdrawal
LN110595 to their own territory and may lead to a Syrian guarantee
that no guerrillas would be permitted to operate from
Southern Lebanon and that attacks on Israeli territory
from Syrian-held territory would be eliminated.
