I was put up against Pam from Highland Boxes and our challenge was to create something that spins and incorporate string too. My entry is this, The Physical GIF Viewer. The physical GIF viewer is basically an Zoetrope. A spinning bowl with slits in so you can see through to the frames inside. When spun at speed the spinning images trick your eye into showing motion.
