Souls in the 3rd dimension originally came from the higher dimensions. They came down to the 3rd dimension to experience a fragmented reality perceived by a fragmented consciousness.

Ascension and creating the lightbody simply means returning to a higher dimensional state of consciousness. Ascension is a very natural experience and there is never a need to worry if one is late for the higher dimensions. Once the mind is ready for the next phase of experience, it will naturally be brought to where it should be. 

The true nature of the lightbody has often been mistaken by many. The lightbody is not just made of energy fields or sacred geometry alone, it is a grid of flow residing on the order of sacred geometry. Light refers to flow in the context of the lightbody, the lightbody is therefore the flowbody.

Before the lightbody can be activated, its flow grid has to be sufficiently constructed. 

To do this, we have to evolve our flow of consciousness to a higher dimensional state of flow. We have to perceive connections in the fragmented 3rd dimensional reality and resolve blockages in our perception of this reality.

Blockages that come from emotional challenges are part of human experience. 

Once the mind is sufficiently enlightened of the natures of the mutiple fragmentations in the 3D reality, it would have created a flowbody with an expanded threshold for higher information flow and energy suitable for perceiving a higher dimensional reality.

Ascension and attaining the lightbody simply means returning to where and what you came from. There is nothing mystifying or complicated about it. 

Gather the flow in your life and create the lightbody or flowbody. The lightbody grid represents all you have learnt and overcome in the nature of duality. 

The lightbody grid can only be activated when you are ready to leave the 3rd dimension. So once you have finished what you came here to do, the lightbody will be activated and ready to ascend you to where you want to go.
