The parents of children with a rare genetic condition say they're 'completely devastated' that the NHS is refusing to fund a drug which they say, can change their lives. Seven-year-old Ollie and four-year-old Amelia Caroll are unlikely to live past the age of 12. While there's no cure, over the last year, a new drugs trial has made a huge difference to them - and the family had hoped the health service would approve it.
