Stephen J. A. Ward, Distinguished Lecturer in Ethics at the University of British Columbia, has a new book. Disrupting Journalism Ethics seeks to "disrupt and change how we think about journalism and its ethics." Ward was founding director of the Center for Journalism Ethics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ward argues that journalism ethics "need radical conceptual reform" based upon values.
