I used a 9" round Cake tin Ingredients 8oz Self raising flour 8oz Margarine 8oz caster sugar 4 eggs. I used this qty per cake. To make a smaller cake reduce the qty. you can reduce by 2oz a time - 2oz = 1 egg. Buttercream filling 12oz Icing sugar 6 oz butter vanilla essence - you may need more depending how thick you like it. Decorations Ready to roll icing and decorations of your choice for the top.
