The Timothy Omotoso rape trial has been postponed to Tuesday. His legal team are appealing Judge Mandela Makaula's refusal to recuse himself. They're accusing Judge Makaula of aligning himself with the first witness, Cheryl Zondi. But, state prosecutors argue the Nigerian pastor's attorneys are simply trying to delay the trial. eNCA's Athi Mtongana was at court today.
