TRUMP’S PROMISE TO DRAIN THE SWAMP Let’s get it straight right off: all politicians are working in a very corrupt and dishonorable system. Those who have been sitting at the top of the pyramid have long held to a game plan in which they could act above the law and beyond justice. Trump’s alliance with Israel, for me, has long been a stumbling block since I see the modern state of Israel as a terrorist nation, not the fulfillment of some Biblical prophecy. The latest news I’m getting is that he has pardoned the principle players in five of the largest banks. The phrase used is “grants waivers.” Does that mean he has waived the right of prosecution as some claim, exonerating them of wrong doing? As I see it, the swamp cannot be drained until everyone, including the so-called elite, are held to the same standards as everyone else. Granting special privileges neither drains the swamp nor levels the playing field. To muddy the waters, he owes billions to Deutsche Bank, one of those named. Conflict of interest!? Besides, is debt real?
