Buncombe County Students, Teacher Win Belk Pri

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. -- Two A.C. Reynolds Middle School students and a teacher were surprised with a special in-school assembly Wednesday afternoon. Sixth graders Aidan Davis and Aidan Cole, along with their teacher Shelley Baust, were chosen as grand prize winners of the 2014-2015 Belk Service Learning Challenge. Produced in collaboration by Belk, Discovery Education and the International Society for Technology in Education. Each of the three was awarded $2,000. Hundreds of kids across the country entered the competition, in areas where Belk Department stores are located.
