POV: close pass -- driver can't think ahead 3 seconds

Yet another *give them a chance to be stupid* proving me correct. I normally would have moved over ahead of time but thought I'd see what the car would do. The driver ignores the fact that I'll soon be moving into the lane and doesn't have the foresight to slow down and move over when there is room. She keeps going at speed and buzzes me and then gets mad at me and honks. She was in a hurry to make the light (which she didn't). When I asked her what I did wrong, she told me "sir, please get away from my car". I guess she doesn't like people to get close to her either.
