Tens of thousands of residents in the US state of California have been forced to flee as a fast-moving wildfire burned a "significant" number of structures. Driven by high winds and dry conditions, the blaze dubbed the Camp Fire began on Thursday and quickly charred over 3,000 hectares of land.
