LOVE THIS!!!  :)  Such a cool idea!  Found it on Pinterest :)  LOVE pinterest too!  :)

Please watch the video for instructions, but here is what you will need:
Decorative Label punch
Border punch
stamp/ink
ribbon/twine
embellishments
Quality cardstock:
Start with a piece of 8.5" x 11" (brown in tutorial) (You will trim this depending on the border punch you use....mine was cut at 5 5/8" x 11) 
Score the base  on the long side at 2 3/4", 5 1/2", and 8 1/4"
Panel size to fit the size base I used:
Four panels cut to 2/18" x 4" (Vanilla in tutorial)
Four layering panels cut at 2 3/8" x 4 1/4" (blue in tutorial)
