Why would a government agency do this? How could they do this? The answer is that GCHQ are not a government agency, when a new government is installed they get TOLD how "Things" work by the British secret services.
The current trio of Bullingdon boys in charge of the UK at the moment though (David Cameron, George Osbourne & Boris Johnson) were obviously schooled, groomed & placed into power for these times.
This is historically what Bullingdon club members had in store for them anyway but they were very determined to get these three into power this time.
The odds of it happening by accident are astronomical.
The current UK government will do EVERYTHING the "NWO" order them to do.
