Mali Decides: Ibrahim Boubacar Keita wins presidential election

Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has been declared the winner of Mali's run-off election. The incumbent president has won 67% of the vote. That's according to the Ministry of Territorial Administration. It means Keita will serve a second term in office. His rival Soumaila Cisse refuses to accept the results, citing massive fraud. European Union observers say there were some irregularities during Sunday's vote, but there were no signs of fraud. Mali is currently facing severe security challenges. People in many parts of the country's north and central regions were unable to cast their ballots due to violence.
