I have a love for casseroles, I mean they are easy and end up great for serving a lot of people. I am going to go ahead and throw down and make a Banana French Toast Casserole. This is OMG so freaking good! This is a great little play on a simple french toast casserole. This is the perfect little dish for like an Easter Brunch. So go ahead goes throw down and make this bad boy. I know everyone who tries it will TOTALLY love it and you can thank me late lol. Total Time: 3 Hours (about an hour active) Makes: 8 Servings French Toast: 8 Eggs 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Half & Half 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tbsp Vanilla 15 oz. French Bread, Chunked and left out Banana Filling: 6 Tbsp. Butter 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup Salt 3 Bananas, Sliced Toppings: 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup Flour 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 3 Tbsp.
