Each army consists of 2250 points of your main rule book, normal rules apply. You also take 500 points of allied forces from any book, only restriction is that they have to still contain 25% of core within it, this is a separate force from your army, but fights along side it. I went with Vampires and Vampires, to throw in a lvl 4 necro and a vampire lord, mark went with vampires with warriors of chaos to put in a daemon prince and chariot...
