It is amazing how much aquatic plants can grow in a week's time when the temperature reaches the 80's and 90's. Soon, when the reeds and grasses are over burdened with seeds, they will be drooping into the water. Should we cut them down, or leave them to provide the fish and other pond critters shelter from the heat?
