In a big relief to Government of India, the international court of justice has put a stay on the hanging of Kulbhushan Jadhav by Pakistan. Jadhav is an Indian citizen lodged in Pakistan accused of spying. India had submitted a petition to International court that Pakistan violated Vienna convention and also the fundamental legal rights provided to all individuals.
