Samsung Galaxy Vibrant Problem

When I connect a usb to the phone, the screen turns into what's shown on the video. This only happened after I semi-bricked the phone after a failed voodoo lag fix installation, and then I factory reset my phone... and this problem happened. I've successfully rooted and upgraded it to android 2.2 before, and never had any problem like the one I have now.

I can't open the phone as mass storage on my pc now because whenever I connect the phone to the pc, it goes to that screen. Also, whenever I try to make a call it would say "no network registered". 

I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me on fixing my phone.
