Chinese Vice Premier Liu He is on a five-day visit to the US for a second round of trade talks. Among the delegation is the governor of the People's Bank of China. Deputy ministers from the Foreign Ministry, Commerce Ministry and Finance Ministry are also in Washington. Formal meetings will begin tomorrow. Liu will be received by the US economic team headed by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. The first round of negotiations was held in Beijing earlier this month, but only a few concrete agreements were made.
