I wanted to share my recent experience with PLA warping. I have read about PLA having a lower melting point than ABS plastic, but didn't realize it would warp at such a low temp. I'm guessing it was 125-130 degrees F in my car. I've printed a new frame and am now using the Turnigy 1811 2900kV motors, which provide much more thrust than the iPower ones I started with. The Turnigy can only support up to a 2S battery but I can tell this will get the mini quad in the air. Thanks again for all who suggested the Turnigy 1811 series motor!
