Equites Property delivers strong FY distribution growth

Real estate investment trust Equites Property reported 12.2 per cent year-on-year growth in distributions a share to R1.23 for the financial year ended February 28. The company reported 30 per cent growth in the fair value of its property portfolio to R8.1 billion from R6.2 billion. Andrea Taverna-Turisan, CEO, Equites joins CNBC Africa for more.
