http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/3dx/ We know that not every set of motions comes with an ideal T-pose. Fortunately, there is a way you can import various random motions from an unknown source without a T-pose and still use them on all of your iClone characters. This tutorial will show you how to create your own T-pose from a relatively symmetrical pose and import it as a separate motion to use as a reference pose for your bone mapping. In the second part of this tutorial, you'll learn how to further adjust that T-pose in ordrer to create the best results with iClone standard & non-standard characters.
